No registration is required to try SparkProof AI. Free preview gives you 3 questions per day instantly.

Open the chat Click Try Free in the top menu — you’ll land on the AI chat screen.

Type a question in English or Arabic Example: “What cable size for 32A circuit, 30m run, single-phase?”

Read the answer with regulation references Every answer cites a DEWA / IEC section so you can verify in the official document.

Registering unlocks history, reports, and lets you upgrade to Pro.

Create an account

Click Sign In → Create account.
Enter your email and a strong password (8+ characters).
Check your inbox for the verification code from noreply@sparkproof.io and paste it.
Done — you’re in.

Didn’t get the code? Check spam, then click Resend. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

Forgot password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen — a reset link will be emailed.

💬 Asking the AI

SparkProof AI uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): your question is matched against indexed sections of UAE regulations, then answered with citations.

Tips for better answers

Be specific. Mention current, voltage, cable type, conditions: “XLPE/SWA 4 mm² in conduit, 25A continuous, ambient 35 °C — is it acceptable per DEWA?”
Quote the section if you’re asking for clarification: “Explain DEWA Part 5, Reg. 522.”
Ask follow-ups. The AI keeps recent context inside one session.

Always verify critical decisions with the latest official document and a qualified engineer. SparkProof is a professional reference, not a substitute for inspection.

Upload a picture of a panel, cable run, socket, junction box — the AI looks for visible compliance issues.

Open sparkproof.io in Safari.
Tap the Share button (square with arrow).

Open the site in Chrome.
Tap the ⋮ menu → Install app (or “Add to Home screen”).
Confirm — the icon appears like a regular app.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)

Click the install icon ⊕ in the address bar, or menu → Install SparkProof AI.

🛠 Troubleshooting

“The AI gave a wrong / outdated answer”

Use the 👎 button below the answer — that flags it for our team. We update the regulation database regularly.

“My free questions reset at the wrong time”

Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC (04:00 Dubai time). Pro plan has no daily quota.

“I paid but I’m still on Free”

Refresh the page after 60–90 seconds. If still not upgraded after 10 minutes, email support@sparkproof.io with your TX hash.

“The page looks broken / cached”

Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). On phone PWA — close the app and reopen.
