Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SparkProof AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SparkProof AI provides AI-powered tools for referencing UAE electrical installation standards, including:

• AI chat with indexed UAE electrical regulations
• Photo analysis of electrical installations for potential compliance issues
• Electrical calculators (cable sizing, voltage drop, load calculations)
• Compliance checklists for different project types
• PDF report generation

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. All outputs are for reference purposes only. You must independently verify all information against official UAE electrical regulations and standards before relying on it.

SparkProof AI does not guarantee compliance with any regulation. The final responsibility for electrical safety and regulatory compliance rests solely with the licensed engineer, electrician, or inspector.

4. User Accounts

You may use basic features without registration. To access Pro or Enterprise features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: 5 questions per day, basic calculators and checklists.
• Pro Plan ($29/month): Unlimited questions, photo inspection, PDF reports.
• Enterprise Plan ($99/month): All Pro features plus team accounts, priority support, and API access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support@sparkproof.ai. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's database or AI models
• Upload malicious files or content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. Intellectual Property

SparkProof AI, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of SparkProof AI. The UAE electrical regulations referenced within the Service are the property of their respective issuing authorities (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkProof AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated information, electrical installation failures, or regulatory non-compliance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sparkproof.ai.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
